Brendan who owns the company is genuine, knowledgeable, honest and kind and he speaks highly of his staff, he explained the report thoroughly both verbally and in written form, nothing was a problem for Brendan and also Brad who kindly conducted the initial screening report was also so helpful and professional. Brendan undertook thermal imaging of a property that we have with significant mould and water ingress issues. Using his thermal camera (which goes to 30mm rather than cheaper surface detectors), he was able to detect water in the walls, roof, ceiling and roof cavity which has assisted us to find the appropriate remedy. He writes detailed reports and is extremely helpful with recommending solutions. Extremely professional, quick to respond and a genuinely good guy as well!
