Dainty Dog grooming salon

Friendly and professional local grooming salon. Took our dog to get his hair cut & nails clipped, and very pleased with the outcome.

My baby had hair grooming in Dainty. Everyone works in the salon was very patient and attentive, great customer service and attention of detail. I will give 10/10, highly recommended.

I took my dogs here and they had a wonderful experience here. The staff were friendly and understood what I wanted for the haircut and would definitely come back here again. This is a great place for old and young dogs as one of my dog has previous back and hip problems from getting older in age and they took great care of her.

This place really needs to be shut down by the RSPCA. All the reviews here regarding pets being injured by the groomers are true and are caused by the groomers reckless attitude and disregard for the dogs wellbeing. I've first hand seen dogs injured by groomers here and left to bleed with no attempt to contact owner/ vet, or even apply first aid. Their boarding service involves placing all dogs together unsupervised in the salon with only a small bowl of water and food. They are left unattended over the weekends/ public holidays (when the salon is closed), and are incredibly hungry and thirsty when the shop opens up again. I'd encourage anyone who has been here and had a negative experience to report this place to the RSPCA.

I bring my Maltese Shi Zhu x Husky puppy here for a wash + tidy up and once in a while a full groom. Their service has always been professional, friendly and prices aren’t too expensive. Every time I pick her up she’s always in a good mood, clean and groomed well. Happy customer indeed!

Fantastic local grooming parlour and doggie hotel. This is the only place that I will take my dog Toby to for his regular grooms. They are kind, friendly and treat my puppy so well. Highly recommended.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, especially if you have long-haired dogs which require attention and proper care. I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH.Not the first time I have been to this establishment and they did a very bad job the first time in grooming a Samoyed and shaved parts of his coat. What kind of sick groomer does that?Decided to try this place one more time couple years later and it turned out even worse. They shaved over half the coat of my Samoyed, leaving only the mane even though they were given specific instruction to NOT TO SHAVE, only to hand cut and wash.Maybe if you have a short-haired dog and don't really care about grooming, take them here and maybe they won't shave everything off, because damn, they are very good at shaving coats off when you don't want them to.100% worst dog groomer in Sydney.I'll standby for an overly defensive business response which refuses to take responsibility for their actions and proceeding to blame the customer in any way possible, as displayed by the many negative reviews here.

They were amazing with our Cav, who gets anxious. He was happy to go with them and hasn't stopped smiling since. We had been maintaining our Cav's coat and they were helpful and non critical of our attempts. We have booked him in for regular appointments. Thank you.

I have a pug who is not keen on getting his nails trimmed.The warm and friendly manner by the lady who cared for Lucky was so genuine. His nails look great and the price is so much cheaper than my vet. Clean premises.
