I've been training with Gee since Feb (4 months) to help me improve my ski fitness specifically plus overall fitness generally & it's amazing how much fitter I feel. There are so many reasons why I love training with Gee - he motivates me to push myself to get up at 443am during the week so I'm now exercising 4-5 times per week, he gets involved in the training sessions & makes it all the more fun, his knowledge of muscles is pretty extensive so I can ask him anything, he makes each session relevant to achieving my goal of getting ski fit so I almost feel like we're training on the ski slopes, he challenges me to push outside my comfort zone & achieve even bigger things, and last but not least he's a ski freak and understands my passion for skiing. I always look forward to my Gee sessions!

Gee is the best. He makes coming to the gym so enjoyable. He’s extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, flexible and patient, and will drop in a bit of French language coaching on the side! I highly recommend Gee to anyone looking for a PT.

I have had Gee giving me a one to one gym session for the last year and I would recommend him to anybody regardless of age and level of physical ability. You are dealing with a 67 year old guy here who is happy to come back again and again.Firstly he is an absolute delight to work with. He is such a fun, happy person that communicates so well with men and women of all ages. I think his greatest skill as a trainer is his focus specifically on the body or muscles issues that each of his clients may have. Clearly each person is treated totally differently and the objective is to find solutions to their problems. Gee will find solutions to your problems

Highly recommend Gee. A great trainer, lots of fun and I feel that I am now able to keep up with the kids better than before - which was my ultimate goal. Particularly good for ski training. And I use his animal movement routine in hotels when I travel - don't need a gym in the hotel anymore.

Gee is one of those rare humans who is doing the work he is meant to be doing. His knowledge and understanding of the human body is amazing. What's more amazing though, is that he somehow manages to teach you about YOUR own body and how it works and what it needs to be the best body it can be. He is remarkable in his kindness, gentleness and ability to make you believe that you CAN do it. His generosity of spirit outshines everything. He is a true believer in the human body and makes you one too. Your best choice would be to let Gee help you become stronger, more mobile and better able to use this one body we have-you will never regret it.

I love training with Gee, his enthusiasm is contagious, he mixes it up and I actually enjoy the sessions. Gee listens, and asks what you want to achieve, adapting activities to keep it fun. Even more important than all of this was his honesty...if I didnt change my (poor) eating habits, I wouldnt achieve my goal... I'm thrilled to say I'm 10kg lighter, his encouragement has been invaluable. Gee is by far best trainer I've ever had!!

Gee is a brilliant motivator and someone you want on your team when you are getting in shape. He understands the other commitments that you have in life and is realistic with your training schedule. This is not to say he wont take you to task if you do not stick to your program!!He has been great at tailoring my fitness program to take into account my goals, previous injuries and time I can give to training.Having access to an online tracker for you workouts is also brilliant!
