Overall my nails look pretty good, I just wish they were abit less rushed despite the fact that they did half my nail then I had to wait 20minutes till they continued to finish them. Service should be quicker.

I had my eyebrows waxed yesterday. The lady was very rough and I woke up this morning sore with a huge burn under one of them! Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I am so disappointed with the service" here. They ripped my daughter's acrylics off instead of soaking first and took some of her own nail off with it. She was bleeding and in pain when I got home. This "service" cost her $20 and pain! She even questioned them by asking them to soak her nails first but they didn't listen. I called on two occasions trying to understand how this could have happened and not one person apologised. I have recommended that my daughter NEVER go there again."

They were amazing, quite gentle, very efficient and kind, I quite enjoyed there service, my only criticism was that my thumb nail is a bit sore afterwards, bearable but a little annoying.Overall I had an amazing experience with great prices and kindness.

Had my full set of shellac nails done last Monday. The guy did them and did a great job, loved the shape and he checked with me throughout it if I was happy making sure I liked them. I'm happy. They did a better job than other places I've been to.

Definitely one of the better salons in the mall. I’ve never had any issues with them except they’re usually pretty busy and not many staff on so expect a longer wait.

My experience has always been pleasant. I think they do the best nails in Wollongong CBD. I have tried others and been disappointed. Service can range from friendly to silent but the work always speaks for itself!
