I've never come across anyone rude at the Licensing Centre. Very helpful staff, very happy with the services offered.

This licensing centre is a revolting place, staff are rude and the driving test assessor Jason is arrogant. Definitely should not be dealing with young people in a stressful driving test situation. He was very rude to my daughter. The test booking system is a joke. Unrealistic that there can be no tests availablelocally for 4 months! Avoid this place if you can. Only reason I have given 1 star is there is no score rating less than 1 star.

Jason the driving instructor was extremely arrogant and rude, claimed I did things I never did. When reversing he claimed I never checked my rear window pulling out of a drive way and set me up for failure by telling me to turn last minute and failed to give me a safe amount of time to turn. Every time I'd ask nicely he was extremely disrespectful and snarky. I do not believe I should have passed the PDA but I do believe he lied about other aspects of my driving so I would pay for another PDA. Came in the next day to DoT to lodge a complaint and he looked so smug and proud of himself to see me there. Request for female instructor.

I think dot playing trick to fail people so they get more2 money on pda test,and it not relevant anymore the assesor not really2 fair person,one mistakes its all it takes to fail people,and they're not human they dont understand human feeling such nervous and anxiety,its scam for sure,

request the female assessor, I have went with all 4 before passing and the one and only female assessor is the best! Understands nerves get in the way and will sit there and talk to you rather then sit there and make you feel totally judged. Super friendly and human.Made driving for a PDA easier

They waste hours and hours of your time making you return over and over. Only ever 2 or 3 staff at the 7 counters.Even charge a transfer fee for a disabled vehicle $500 . Disgusting
