Michael has provided the best customer service experience I have ever had with ordering promo goods for our employees. Normally we have to wait days (sometimes longer!) for a quote, but Grenada always have it ready for us as soon as we get off the phone. They always deliver on time and continue to surprise and delight me with the support and follow up service.
