What a lovely surprise to find excellent good old fashioned service from this company (Unfortunately we have gotten used to cheap importers with no customer service at all)! Can't fault the service with this company - Suzanne's customer service is second to none. Great value product and fast and efficient delivery. Had a problem with a breakage and were sent two replacements free of charge. Highly recommend this company. You'd be pressed to find better service anywhere. The Roti Shack - Cairns.

Called Flag Central directly to obtain a tax invoice - so great to speak to someone in Australia. Delivery was prompt & the brightly coloured flag is gaily fluttering outside our business.
