Best pharmacy in all of Ballarat! These guys are super kind and non judgemental. I've been a regular client here for quite a long time now and they have always been extra kind and caring. Can't say enough good things about this pharmacy, I love them

I don't recommend this pharmacy at all! I wouldn't trust them to guarantee that you've been given the correct medication. On discovering that I had been given the wrong medication earlier this week, I went in to talk to Paul, the owner of the pharmacy and the qualified pharmacist. He was very casual about the whole situation and wasn't bothered by the situation at all. Basically, Paul did NOT care. When trying to explain the situation to him, he became rude; offensive; loud; and talked right over the top of me. On top of all this I had to return yesterday bc my medications were missing from my Webster Pack again. You can't tell me that this is okay; and had never happened before. I worry that, in the future this could happen to someone who doesn't notice and misses taking a blood thinner medication and gets a blood clot, or that they mess up someone's heart medication for a week and they have a fatal heart attack. UPDATE: The treatment / service from this pharmacy, since this initial review, has become WORSE! (I didn't think that it could!!) Avoid this place at all costs!! Don't trust them - if you do, you take a huge risk!

If you're searching for a pharmacy to get your flu vax at and expect the pharmacist to wear a mask consistently, do not go here. Here he stands around the dispensary area with no mask on and only bothers to put one on (a loose surgical one, not N95) when he's about to call your name to give you your shot. Clearly has no clue that covid is airborne. People who don't understand that and don't understand that consistent high quality mask wearing can protect people from getting the flu too, aren't qualified to educate" anyone on anything related to any infectious disease."

The staff are so very welcoming and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I pop in on average once a week and a few times now I’ve struck Olivia. Such a friendly nature, nothing is too much trouble and always bright and cheery. Keep up the good work.
