Beautiful Ciara helped me with some new products I wanted to try as I was in need of a new makeup routine! She applied a few amazing products I was interested in but really needed to see them on my skin to decide which was best for me! Ciara was so informative and willing to perfect what I needed until I was happy with the result.

Maddy served myself and 3 daughters today, in the PAC fair cosmetica store.Maddy provided be great service, went above beyond! She was amazing!

The whole experience was in store today was disappointing. I stood around and waited to be served which only happened when I asked a girl fro help. Mind you the girls that worked there were standing around not looking busy. When I finally got served and asked for a lip liner the lady said she’d do a stock take and come back she didn’t. 15 mins later she was still not back. Really poor customer service

Carolyn served me to assist with a skincare routine. Mecca has a fabulous employee! Her professional, warm, friendly nature coupled with her expertise made my visit very enjoyable.

I had a really great experience in the shop I think their assistants are so helpful. I knew what I needed when I went in but a lovely lady came over and I asked questions and she actually found me a better mascara! (Hourglass - it’s amazing!). The ladies here are so knowledgeable I feel like I’m in safe hands and I love the whole shopping experience and will continue to shop here for all of my cosmetics.
