We had some issues with the computer system not registering our newly married status and where being road blocked constantly when trying to fix it ourselves or via the call centers. When we came to the center they were all lovely and helpful though. But we did have to come in 4 days in a row to fix the problems. Love this center just don't heaps like the system and it's not their fault.5 stars for Danielle though. She was wonderful and deserves a pay raise. We couldn't possibly give her enough praise. An absolute God-send!

I would like to direct this review not to the office of Tamworth but to the organisation as a whole. There's no support for autistic people who left home to escape abuse. You must be under 21, or studying full time have an apprenticeship or else you're looking for work for 30 hours a week to be bullied by some insecure narcissistic boss with control issues who doesn't understand psychological imparements

Being a retired age couple, today, we had reason to attend the Centrelink office in Tamworth NSW. Up to this point in time, we have had limited dealings with centrelink and we have even less knowledge of their correct procedures. There are two type of employees, those that appreciate their job, are knowledgeable, friendly courteous and very helpful, and those that just turn up to pick up a fortnightly wage,... Unfortunately for us, today we dealt with the latter and as a result of our interview I wasn't able to determine whether the lady we spoke to had limited knowledge or was just ignorant.

Most descustin services my brother has been cancelled again due to there incompetence well it's mum and I that are looking after a 54 year old man that does everthing the government wants of him and because we have recently moved to Tamworth the centre link should be paying us for the rent and food petrol and phone expenses and cigarettes that we have to pay to look after him

Went in here today to become an active job seeker and was put in touch with an extremely rude and hostile worker. The only saving grace was how polite the receptionist was. 5 stars for her

Staff aren’t very friendly. One staff full of tattoos with harsh attitude …With recent modern upgrade to the building.Could do with some nice faces to go with their personality and be more forward with informations given….
