The lady at click and collect or service desk was amazing. She kept her cool and politeness with two difficult customers before me. I thanked her for being lovely. She said it's very rare to be complimented .

This Kmart has got to be one of the best ones I’ve been to. It doesn’t compare to most of the Kmart’s I have been too. This is probably the only Kmart that is stocked up almost 100% of the time and is fairly neat and tidy. In terms of it being stocked up I specifically mean the cosmetics section which is almost NEVER stocked at other Kmarts yet this one always is.

Great place to get what you need for lesser price than other brands. Staff is very helpful. Go on their website and make sure to select the store of your preference. Usually best to know availability of items and prices. I’ve bought clothes, gift items, kitchen appliances and some furniture. I was really impressed with the touch lamps and its build quality.

I am very happy with the customer service. I tried calling different Kmart stores nearby me but unfortunately no Kmart picked up the call. However Daniel from Rouse hill Kmart took the call and was very patient to find the toy I was after for my 3 years old. Keep up the good work Daniel!

ROUSEHILL KMART PROVIDES THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.The team members are rude and unhelpful. When I went to buy a water fountain for my pet, I asked one of the staff member if they had any stock in the back because the box I found on the shelf had already been opened. She refused to check and stated that it was out of stock. Despite the fact that I never asked her for a discount on the opened box. She insisted that we don't give discounts on opened boxes and that you should buy it even if it's already opened. I never requested for a discount in the first place, but implying it on someone is pathetic. I come here to buy products, not to beg for discounts. Your team members need to understand that if someone is purchasing a 'new' item, they do not want the box to be opened. I hope management takes care of it and provides some training so that customers are not subjected to such unacceptable behaviour. Your customer service has a lot of room for improvement.

This is the worst Kmart ever there is dust falling everywhere. The toys are not clean. The service is not good. This place is awful. Please do not come. Staff are not helpful very bad

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!This outlet has nice collection of clothes, home decor, kids section, stationery, chocolates, etc but none of the staffs I’ve met so far good. They don’t things, very unhelpful and to some extent rude. There’s a billing issue that one of the staff did for us and when we went back they weren’t ready to take ownership. It’s until we said we wanted to speak with the manager, they made the amendments. Hope management sees to it and provide some training

The two young ladies at the back at customer service desk this afternoon had great customer service. Thank you so much the blonde hair young lady ( unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) who helped me with my request for dog beds. Very helpful and great service by her. Thank you

my mum went into this store today and was treated horribly by the manger called Hitesh, the tone of voice and the dirty looks he gave her were disgusting and had walked away from her mid conversation multiple times for no reason, i’m not sure what his problem was but my mum just wanted to ask a simple question if he could do anything for the marks that were on a product for her. he needs to be spoken to because this is unacceptable. horrible customer service. - her daughter

Had gone with great expectations to purchase gifts for family members back in India. There was no much choice in creams and small gifts, for locals good crockery and clothes were visible, there is a huge section devoted to children and kids for toys and clothing though the prices were marked a little higher.
