Used Bays Edge Design to do our pool landscaping and very happy with the outcome. Shaun worked with us to resolve an issue we had with the tiles that were ordered, and although this resulted in some delays before Christmas, Shaun and the team worked hard to get us back on track first thing in January and finished off the job quickly for us. Thank you for making our pool area beautiful.

Shaun and the team at Bay's Edge were outstanding contractors for our pool landscaping. We went from total mess with no planning to beautiful, calming surrounds in just 5 days. Shaun came on site multiple times before we started to plan and quote and was happy to adjust things as we went along. What a team! I first worked with Bays Edge Landscapes at the end of 2021 for a landscape overhaul of my front yard. Shaun came out to visit and was really helpful in helping me define what I wanted. Not only was he friendly, professional and knowledgeable but was also enthusiastic about the potential of the yard. From the initial discussion to the start of the job, his communication with me was outstanding. The team, led by Jordan, arrived and worked tirelessly for over a week to transform the yard as I'd imagined. Each member of the team was friendly, approachable and trustworthy (and a year and a half later, the front still looks amazing). Months later, I got in touch again to discuss an overhaul of the backyard - this time considering the addition of a pool. Now that the pool was in place, the team came out a few weeks ago, again led by Jordan, and worked tirelessly a second time around for over two weeks to turn my backyard oasis dream into reality and I couldn't be more thrilled. I felt listened to, respected and safe in the knowledge that my yard was in great hands. Shaun and the team are highly professional and made two perfect and beautiful gardens for our newly built duplex house. It is a very difficult period as we are overseas, and Shaun and the team communicated with us via emails for the two months period from preparation to completion of crossovers. They are on time and deliver a great outcome. They are also be assistant for the whole journey of the work, including providing us advise on how to achieve certain outcomes with the most cost efficient way. After building our brand new French Provincial dream home we were very choosy on who we wanted to complete our landscaping, after-all the gardens had to match the quality of the home. From day 1 Shaun the owner at Bays Edge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we were trying to realise our perfect landscaping. He understood the brief and came back with excellent designs and ideas. We had quite a sloping block around the house and the flat levels Shaun and his team created are simply stunning. We recently engaged Bays Edge Landscapes to complete a modernisation of our pool and surrounding area, including new coping, paving, lighting and pool fencing. We are absolutely thrilled and delighted with the result and cannot praise Shaun and his team highly enough. They were so easy to work with and always professional, polite and courteous. Bays Edge Landscaping has created an outstanding result. Just see the photos. They worked with us to create a different idea that allowed us to (legally) not have a wall at the back of the pool by using a retaining wall of the required height. Shaun has always been promptly available to deal with concerns/issues as they came up via phone.
