Extremely poor service, service centre. My motorhome was taken to them by Fiat road side assist after breaking down 6 weeks after taking possession of it. Then after one week of not hearing anything from them I finally got through and had my call returned after a few days. They stated that they are waiting on confirmation from Fiat before going ahead with the repairs. Two weeks later still waiting to hear from them. Nothing....frustration set in so I contacted Fiat and they said they would chase it up. Finally received a call from New Spot to say there's no change. Nearly a month and a half later they finally called me back to say they can now go ahead with the repairs and it will be ready on Monday. Here we are Wednesday after the motor was meant to be fixed and after numerous phone calls to see what is going on. Still no information and they never return calls to advise you the situation. They don't appear to care about customer service and alleviating customers worries. I would never take my vehicle to them ever, ever again. If I had a choice I would have taken it to Fiat at Thebarton. At least there they keep you informed and return calls. Is there any management there at New Spot doing an assessment of your staff....there needs to be a serious overhaul of customer awareness

A big shout out to the Sales and Service team at Newspot Motors Salisbury Park. I called in there panicking because my wipers were stuck on (or so I thought) and Suyog the Sales Consultant and the service team came to my car and showed me how to fix it, they were very helpful and caring. I bought my MG Excite from the Hampstead Gardens branch from Indi and they too were very helpful and provided great customer service. Love my little zippy MG Good Service everyone!

I originally signed a contract subject to finance with KP for a new car. At first customer service was fantastic. Fast forward a few weeks, our financial situation had changed and purchasing the car was no longer an option. From the minute I informed new spot motors and KP the attitude and customer service changed dramatically. I have been given the run around by every one I speak too - each telling me a different thing in regards to a refund of my deposit being processed. One telling me it was processed, one person telling me my paperwork had been lost, another telling me it hadn't been done at all. Each person telling me they would follow it up and get back to me yet no one ever did. I have been constantly chasing it up and always being met with 'ill update you soon' or 'ill provide the transaction number tomorrow'. When asked why I had to once again provide my license and other documents I was answered with a text message that stated listen I am trying to help you

Kia at new spot motors service centre : the rudest receptionist I have experienced, I promised myself the last service I would never return there, but thought I’d give it one more try. The service is disappointing and to be honest the worst I have ever received . Not even acknowledged while I stood there for 10 min and when I did bring it to another staffs attention , I was spoken to with the words “ I’m doing something “ Not at any stage was I greeted with a good morning or the words I will be with you shortly , after being convinced by the service manager to go ahead with my service and he would pull her up on her behaviour, I received the rude welcoming when collecting my vehicle . All while he was sitting next to her, I will never recommend KIA new spot to anyone , who wants to walk into rudeness and a sour face at a counter ! Not me Thankyou

The people are great but it's time to change something with management.No online bookingd. Takes ages to get a call back.Unless you have a day off, it's extremely hard to get your car serviced.I wish I hadn't bought a Suzuki!

Worst customer service. I have had the pleasure of encountering this wonderful rude employee on two occasions. This last time was the last straw. I echo what the other reviews discuss about the treatment after purchasing the car and how it changes when they have your money. In addition, it is difficult to even get ahold of someone that works there and they never return calls. I will not recommend Newspot Motors at Salisbury Park for purchasing a car or servicing. I will not be returning to this place. In fact, I will be travelling over half an hour to ensure I do not have to come across the disgusting customer service on tap at Newspot Salisbury Park!

They have the worst customer service operator, she was very rude and disrespectful the way she spoke to me, I asked to speak to someone higher up but apparently they were busy because it was the end of the day. It was 4.30pm .... No where near closing time.If you buy a car and told them there was a problem, and told you it would be fixed before you pick it up and pay for it you'd expect that to happen. However within 30 minutes of picking up the car the initial issue was still there that was reported. We are currently waiting to get the car fixed, we were told it will take another 2 weeks before it can be looked at. Absolutely disgusting professional behaviour, actually unprofessional behaviour

Would not recommend. Dodgy salesmen which have lied to us on vehicle purchases. They're own staff have spoken ill of their own mechanics, seemingly due to their Indian/Pakistani background. Bad experiences on several vehicles.
