My brand new car worked well for about 3 rounds and now I find myself begging for support since the end of June. It takes them weeks to answer emails, the repair process is a guessing game. I’m in the US and it looks like the only resource MGI has in the US is a second hand electric carts dealer, who is a guy who can not have a business conversation nor can he answer basic questions about his own service. It is a shame, the carts are good looking, they seem strong but the company’s support procedures are not up to standards. I have spoken to Neil, Leigh, Ron and others :(

I’ve had my MGI Zip Navigator AT electric golf trolley for two years (bought bundle at Costco). I have been very pleased with this purchase. The trolley has plenty of power. It’s easy to use and navigate on the golf course. My “cart bag” is pretty heavy and my trolley zips it around no problem. Trolley climbs hills on local courses without issue. Folds pretty small and fits in the back of my Jeep along with clubs, shoes, etc. Battery life does 18 holes comfortably (I charge it up after each round). Highly recommend! Makes walking the course a pleasure.

I own the MGI Zip Navigator AT from Costco.I have had it since December of 2020. It’s a great cart and has been a great conversation anytime I use it at my home course. It has a 36 hole battery.I love this cart. It’s easy to control and holds a lot of weight. I have a Ping pioneer cart bag on it and have lots of stuff in the bag at all times. It has no trouble running quickly .The cart is great on hills and all terrains. It has a seat that is very comfortable and gets used almost every round. I would absolutely buy this cart again.

I have been using the MGI Zip Navigator for 3 1/2 years on probably the roughest golf course imaginable and it has performed perfectly every time. I have over 1500 miles on this cart and never had any problem. The battery is fantastic and 18 holes is nothing for the battery. I would recommend this cart 100% of the time. I have recommended it to several folks at my small golf course and there are now 4 of us with the same cart. Believe me, the cost is well worth it!!! I've seen other carts with a comparable cost and none perform like this MGI Zip Navigator. If I ever need another cart, no question this is the cart I would own again. I, with no hesitation, recommend this cart highly if you want quality unsurpassed.

My second MGI golf cart. The first one was a Bag Boy made by MGI that lasted 15 years. Used it on an average 4 to 5 times a week from May to November. Never had any trouble with it other than having to replace a very heavy battery every 3 or 4 years. The new MGI with the lithium battery is just as dependable as the older model and much easier to transport. I can't imagine playing golf without my MGI cart.

I have the ZIP model with no remote. I find the buggy to be of excellent quality, quiet operation and decent battery life. I can get 36 holes out of one charge. This buggy is well designed and rather rugged in its construction. I play a hilly course in New Hampshire and this buggy makes the walk so much more enjoyable.

I purchased the MGI Buggy thru Costco in Aug. 2020 and it has been beyond great. Love the freedom of moving down the course, watching your clubs being carried to your next shot. The remote is wonderful. Forward, sideways and reverse make it so much easier to be out golfing, walking and enjoying this sport. This was a truly game changing" purchase! Lots of power and easy set up and tear down. I do love this product!"

I bought my MGI Navigator around july 4th 2020. one lap around my coarse is 4.25 miles. Currently my cart has 1268 miles or 299 rounds of golf on it. my cart has worked perfectly. I would refer this cart to anyone interested. the benefits are endless. I walk with correct posture and my knees and shoulders are pain free.
