Whitemans-Arcade Is but a mere shadow of Its former self, shame that the renowned restaurant which was situated on the upper level known as Upstairs-At-Freds was severely damaged by fire not that long ago and that It wont be rebuilt to Its former glory by the man who took such enormous pride In that funky-restaurant due to the spiralling costs of building materials and their unavailability thanks to Covid-19 etc, It was an Instituition throughout the Macarthur-Region.
