Regina Aparo acted as my rental manager for 2 years in Reservoir. Regina was very pleasant to deal with and on the occasion I was home on a routine inspection day, she was kind, professional and understanding when I had a concern about the property. Regina replied to our emails quickly and sent maintenance out without hesitation when we needed the oven serviced and our leaking shower seen to. My request to have our overgrown gutters cleared was promptly organised also. Count yourself lucky if you have Regina as your point of contact.

We’re currently a tenant with Love&Co as our agent.Louise as our agent was really accommodating and comfortable to talk to. That sense or feeling of ease that Louise has presented, (which we haven’t got from our previous agent) was an additional plus factor when we applied for the property.We also got to talk to Katherine when we had maintenance issues. She was very responsive and constantly updates us on the progress of the job. Highly recommended agents!
