I love Revo. I was going to Northbridge and now I move and change to Innaloo. It's a very nice gym, plenty of equipment and space and you can go always you want as it's open 24/7.

Great staff and huge gym. However, the main demographic is aged between 12-17 treating it like a playground. Literally hundred of kids on any given night.

Well maintained, modern gym with lots of fitness equipment and ample space, open 24/7. Very affordable pricing. Excellent customer service. Good location and very close to the shopping mall and public transport.

Hi management. Just giving a shout out to Carolyn. She's always working away, restocking weights, resetting equipment, cleaning, helping customers. Almost never see her just sitting behind the desk. As an owner of businesses often people forget to compliment and focus on bad service. So just wanted to show that us customers see her and I wanted to show praise for those that go above and beyond.

Revo gyms are awesome. Finally a gym that isn't a million $$s with a lock in contract. Good equipment, large, clean.However, I've been to a lot of different Revo's as I move around a lot for work, (Innaloo, Joondalup, Claremont, Victoria park, Northbridge, Scarborough) and unfortunately every club has the same issue. Teenagers. They come in packs, babysit equipment, crowd areas, no shirts, no shoes, no towels, not cleaning equipment, not putting equipment back, on top of this they don't know how to use anything properly, so they are at a huge risk of hurting themselves. I have no issues with kids being in a gym, but these groups are clearly there for nothing other than to hang out and ego lift.The staff never do anything about it. And I mean never. I don't know if they don't care or haven't been trained or are too scared to say anything because they are kids, but something needs to be done.I don't mean that to say the staff aren't lovely and helpful or qualified, they just don't stop people breaching revos own terms and conditions, even for the simple stuff like the dress code (I want to clarify I don't care what people wear, as long as they are safe and not risking the safety of others, peoples sweaty feet all over equipment is not safe).Several times I have witnessed these groups bullying other kids. Being rude or aggressive to other patrons, even to myself on a few occasions, as they like to shoulder barge people as they walk past as some weird show of dominance, especially to people older and bigger than them, as they know adults can't do anything to stop them.The problem seems to be growing a culture at revo and progressively getting worse.I have contacted the club twice about this and haven't received any reply that something can be done, so maybe a 1 star review here will get some attention.

Best gym in city!This gym has everything you need to complete any kind of workout.The only problem" is a bit overcrowded. You have to go or from 11.00 to 14.00 or after dinner.The facility is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly.Really happy about the gym atmosphere as well."

This gym is decent every other week but depending on the day it can just be so dodgy.Weights just seem to not exist, resistance bands get stolen, squat racks moved off center, dirty.When it’s quiet it’s completely fine but last night was especially bad.

Just like all the others. They would like to think they are trailblazers doing the right thing by their clients, different from all the others, priding themselves on their integrity, compassion, community etc etc BUTa) it’s $42.00 per month not $9.69 per week (don’t swallow the lies, there is a MASSIVE difference),b) monthly direct debits continue during your 30 notice period and there is no pro-rata payment (ie if you don’t cancel literally on the day your payment comes out your one month notice becomes a two month notice),c) staff are children fresh out of university lacking real world experience or maturity. Any valid criticism/feedback about the business is seen as a personal attack on them and their career.I have spoken to ACCC and consumer protection and they are aware of the issues. This isn’t just a concern from REVO but the fitness industry as a whole. I’ve always been a firm believer to never judge a gym by the joining process but always judge a gym by your experience when trying to leave and this one has soured me for life. The lawyers however don’t care and will continue to refine the contact documents and REVO will just keep fleecing innocent gym goers like the trailblazers they are.
