Best customer service of all time, i had two cans in my pocket and the lady at the front asked if i wanted a bag, the fact she picked out a very small detail shows alot, they also they have great selection of games and toys for all ages ☺️

A large selection of toys. Many items are stocked here that are not available in the larger chain-retailers. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is reasonably tidy and organised.Toymate has a loyalty program, and with enough 'points', you can earn a 5% discount off all purchases in store.My only (minor) gripe with the store is the low lighting levels. Those with poorer vision might find it difficult in certain parts of the store to look at the items available.

Good selection of toys, staff are nice but it's a bit pricier then Big W which is a bit further down at the end of Mqc Square. My daughter loves this.store though. She calls it her shop". And always asks if we can look at the toys in her shop haha."

Greeted at the front of the store by Chris which set up the rest from there and changed our moods instantly. Thankyou Chris for helping with our twins, sometimes its just too hard to shop otherwise!found the most sincerest customer service that made all the difference. I like the range if toys and fair prices. There's a table for discount items I really like to have look at ! Joined as members now!

Came into the store today to get a car ramp for my little girl and was greeted by one of the nicest humans, Noa. Thank you for going above and beyond and even taking the huge box to the boot of my car! Very happy customer.

Annoying that you can't lay buy or use Afterpay.Laybuyed at Target Christmas just gone because it was easier.They do match prices & they use some other company for payment options.

After being let down by another retailer, I ordered my daughters bike for her birthday through Toymate’s website VERY last minute, I realized after ordering, it probably wasn’t going to make it in time for her birthday so I emailed customer service to enquire wether I could pick up the bike from which ever store it was coming from instead of it being sent via courier. After not hearing back for a few days, and my daughters birthday being two days away, I had accepted that we would be giving her the bike late. Then I received a call from a lovely customer service agent (who’s name I cannot remember) asking me if it was ok if the bike was delivered later that night. Najib, from customer service personally delivered the bike to my home on a Friday night! This is outstanding customer service, from a team that obviously cares about their customers. Will happily buy from Toymate again and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thankyou so much!
