BAD EXPERIENCE! - I cannot see any results because they keep cancelling my appointments and I’m unable to stay consistent with my appointments. They let me know couple hours before that my therapist is unavailable. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.

STAY AWAY!! Head-office customer is absolutely ridiculous. I had a few sessions and a couple of facials in my account when I went to get an appointment I was told they were ALL expired. The girl at the store was kind enough to msg them but the headoffice never got back to me, after multiple attempts got in contact with them only for them to tell me they can’t do anything about it. Like the customer service is legit horrible. No considerations at all. They lost me as a customer. I’m gona try the clinics across them!

Worst service ever. They do not know what professionalism is and how to treat clients. They keep texting me 3-4 hours before my scheduled appointment that my therapist is sick and they kept doing this for 3 months and when I’d call them for rescheduling they would offer me appointments after months and months and then again on the day they’d say that my therapist is sick. I have no idea how they are running this business. Need my refund ASAP. Waste of money!!!

It was suggested I buy a membership as I would get a free microdermabrasion and points for each visit. When I went to have the free microdermabrasion I was told they started the membership in error under my 11 year old daughters name so couldn't use it. They refused to change it into name and refused to refund me and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me to discuss this further from their head office. Steer clear, this company doesn't care about customers at all, I wouldn't trust them with my skin treatments and cancelled my future appointments.

Don’t recommend this place at all.Very unprofessional. I go for laser hair removal to them. every time cancel your appointment and ask you to reschedule.Happened to me four times only in last year.When you try to reschedule, have to wait for at least 4 weeks as no appointments available. If you booked your appointment between 7-8 weeks and then they canceled and you rescheduled and could not find anything before four weeks, then you end up12 weeks gap between your previous and coming appointment. By the time hair growth is too bad. You ended up wasting your money and time. I ask them refund for my future appointments but have not heard anything after that.Very unprofessional.
