Very quick and sloppy work, the place was very dirty and nothing sanitised. Very little selection for colour and the lady who does eyelash extensions is always angry to be doing them. Take your business elsewhere or end up with nail infection.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. While the staff were friendly the service was extremely rushed and poorly done as they were severly understaffed (with only 2 staff) and they kept accepting walk-ins regardless of the fact there was already multiple people waiting for their nails to be done.

I have just walked out of this nail salon after having a refill done and I’ve been here many times before but this time I walked out and I actually nearly cried, my nails looks so bad. she didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and when I told her twice of the shape that I wanted, she just ignored me .I literally look like I have cheap fake nails on top of my natural nails it’s so embarrassing and upsetting, I’m never returning to this salon ever again! not only did she take a personal phone call in the middle of doing my nails, she never once asked me what I actually wanted and dismissed my communications

had 2 pedicures today, sat down and had a nice foot scrub. but then bookings walked in and they moved us to sit on wheely chairs and put a towel on the floor under our feet. they painted our toes in a hurry and didn’t take the time to dry them they just sent us on our way. polish came off just while walking to the car. and still charged us full price at $60.

Tried more than 3 times! I don’t normally get my nails done but the main lady of this shop doesn’t listen, tries to manipulate you into doing something other than what you request and doesn’t her work is sub par and doesn’t last even 2 weeks!!!!

I walked in asking for a removal (two days ago and shocking job at North Lakes) and full set. The staff were amazing…two ladies very carefully removed the old set and the lady that did the new set was no less than an artist. I spoke with them both about their years of training and experience and was so impressed. I was so happy with the service and the end result was perfect! Thank you so much

These people are the absolute best. If you want lovely service and a professional job. Go and see this business. Great colour selection as well

Today was my 4th time back . The staff is friendly and try their best given English is their second language. Love my pedicures I’ve had and acrylics nails looking gorgeous every time I walk out . I’ve read reviews and yes they aren’t the fastest but do a great job. They clean the pedicure tubs out while your sitting there before they apply polish to toes- some may have missed this step if you aren’t watching them all the time . I found the place clean and have watched them clean and sweep while there. It doesn’t have the typical nail salon smell which makes it a more pleasant experience.For people commenting about damaged nails - if you don’t want damaged nails don’t get acrylics. No matter where you go - acrylics damage nails.

Always delightful having a spa pedicure here. Love the ladies and they do a brilliant job!
