I went today for a Haircut for the first time in over five Months. My daughters said to me OMG, dad please get a haircut, i said i was considering a new look.Ash has given me a modern look that makes me feel 10ft and indestructible. Now to surprise my daughters. Thanks Ash Great conversation and fell about 20 years younger. Highly recommend this business in Waverely.

I came into the shop with my mates and he got charged a whopping 50 dollars for a hair cut which is absolutely absurd and ridiculous. Absolutely not worth it at all.

Coming out of lock-down I was sporting a somewhat Caveman-esque appearance, but the folks at House of Handsome brought me back to the 21st Century!Booking online was a breeze, appointment time was bang-on with no waiting around and the hair cut itself was quick, professional and friendly. 10/10 will book again!

The business is brand new and around the corner from my house. I was so excited finally a barber was opened close by and it looked like it would fit what I was looking for.The store said they opened at 10am on Saturday. I walked up eagerly for a hair cut to arrive at 9:50, another customer was already waiting. 10am came, then 10:10 and 10:25. I called the number listed and was told he was open today and would be arriving at 10:45.45 minutes late! The business has only been opened a month or less. Not the way you want to service the locals. I waited until 10:40 with 2 other disgruntled customers. I left, as did one other.Extremely disappointing to say the least.

We have had a very unfortunate circumstance today for my husband. I made 2 bookings for my son and husband to have their haircut. Upon arriving with a friendly greeting, they were asked who's going first? After my son's haircut, my husband was ready for his but there was no record of the booking in their system. However there was a confirmation on my son's phone but there was no interest in it being shown to justify the booking. Then my husband was told he was aggressive and asked to leave. We are left dumbfounded by the poor experience and customer service. My husband remembered having a good conversation with the barber last time so was shocked by the lack of customer service or interest in investigating the issue. Up until this point we have never had a problem. But this experience has turned us, on what otherwise has been our neighborhood go to. So unfortunate all around.

Great place and amazing service, always on time and make my hair look great. Have now been going here everytime for a year now.

Waited this morning for shop to open at 10 am in a queue, as sign on door says “walk ins only”. When barber arrives he says we can’t get a cut because we haven’t booked online! Then he wanted to argue that his sign, “ walk ins only” was fine as “ I should have looked online “. No apology, and excessive arrogance. I won’t ever be back.
