We’ve been a customer of Tom’s for about 4 years. He has done a series of jobs for us including air conditioner installations (3 rooms), air con fixes, and power box upgrade. He has always been a friendly, honest guy, and we’re very comfortable having him in our home. He always first speaks to us about the issues he has identified, gives us options and a quote before proceeding. We also found him a great communicator, and quick to respond to call out request (recently arrived within 30min of initial phone call). We highly recommend his service for electrical work.

Tom installed a new air con unit at our house. Did a really neat job and took pride in his work. Well priced. We had a concern after and he came straight out to have a look. Highly recommend.

Tom kept in touch to confirm his expected time of arrival - and was on time. He gave us a rundown on the options for installing the product we had chosen. He completed the job with no mess left behind and some helpfull information about our roof which he discovered while installing the new fitting. We've asked him to quote on some other electrical work we want to get done. Great service and we're really happy we found a great local Electrician.

Tom came highly recommended to me through family who had been very happy with his work in the past. I highly recommend Buffalo Air. I obtained their details from a Community Facebook page recommendation and was thoroughly impressed with the service received. Tom and his apprentice, Ethan were on time, professional and polite. They repaired a ceiling fan and downstairs light, replaced and installed an Air Conditioning unit in the primary bedroom, installed a new AC unit in a second bedroom and fixed the pool light. The work performed was to a high standard, very reasonably priced and they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Buffalo Air for all of my electrical work in the future.
