Most of the time the foods fresh, odd occasion the burgers and chips are lukewarm, foods not greasy like other stores. Gets busy in the drive through around 11:30-12:30, the layout of the area means cars block the road unfortunately if you need to get around. Service inside is pretty quick, doesn’t seem to get busy inside the store. Good spot to park outside during winter and have a bite looking over the snow capped mountains.

Bad service for the in-dining. The staff only focused on drive through while ignoring every indining customers orders. Most of our orders were sitting on benches turning cold cause they won't complete the order since they kept going back to drive through. There needs to be a consistency of pushing out orders 1 by 1 rather then just going to drive through. My order sat on their cold bench for 30 mins cause they needed to make the chocolate frappe which they just kept telling us they would get to it. When we finally got it, everything was cold and the frappe wasn't even made properly just chunks of ice in there, wasn't blended til smooth. Horrible Horrible experience.

I've been here a couple times now and honestly their quality control is a bit of a gamble. Sometimes they're really quick and give good service, but other times there's really long wait times and they completely mess up the order. I think it's mostly to do with management, but I also once had some one try to serve me a drink with a very clearly busted cup that was leaking all over the counter.

Every single time i order from you's, something is wrong with it, either forgetting alot of moneys worth of food or nothing at all or the foods just been thrown in the bag and thrashed around to the point its not even edible, or to the point the chicken is so under cooked that i get food poisoning or over cooked to the point the meat is crusty! A joke of a fast food restaurant. And a waste of money.

Service and food was fine until I walked into the men's bathroom. It was the most disgusting, vile bathroom I have ever seen at a fast food place in my life. Pee splatters on the floor and the result of diarrhoea still remained in the toilet bowl. It definitely needs a deep clean by the staff.

Sure the drink is good, but very frustrating when we have 5+ people behind us drive past with their orders before us when we only ordered a single drink. Not only that, when we finally got the drink the lid wasn't on properly and we wound up with it through the car and on our clothes.

The worst experience ever!This is not first time we have got bad experience from this macdonald. We order one coffee today as we were in rush we order it online and pick from drive thru, it took them more than 15 mins give us our order. Also, the coffee was not good at all it was burnt and there was no chocolate as we order mocha.Two years back same incident happened. I tried to avoid this MacD but this is near our house so we use it some times.
