Ask your staff to learn some customer service .. we are not getting anything for free, a male employee he was keep on speaking in the phone and was so rude.

Super rude staff there. Pump did not stop when the car was full and spilled over everywhere. Guy was super rude when i tried to tell him. Not the first time he's been rude, looks like others have had the same service from him. Won't ever go back here, service from the small servo around the corner is much better.

The male employees are ALWAYS talking on their phones. They make you feel like they are being inconvienced by me wanting to purchase something.The Wendy is lovely, if i dont see her car there i will go to ripley caltex

Was fueling up and the pump started playing up and spraying out everywhere out of the handle. Quite alot went on the ground and when I told the lady at the counter what had happened and they did not reimburse me any money. So basically I had to pay for some fuel that did not even go in my car.

Convenient for when you run out of anything late at night. Not very convenient on the wallet though for these days. Friendly & very polite staff.

The fuel flow meter is very dodgy at this 7eleven. I filled 76L of Diesel in my 75L tank. Ive never been able to fill my tank past the capacity before, had this car for 5 years, so definitely something dodgy going on here at this fuel station. Fuel prices may be lower than others but they get their money back with their dodgy fuel flow meters. I notified the sales people but their responses were pretty much, “not our problem.”
