Ocean Vista on Alex

Nola&Kev (onsite managers) are so lovely and accommodating to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were very clean, spacious and situated within walking distance to cafes, bars,beaches and supermarkets.Excellent Customer service, I will highly recommend Ocean on Vista and I will be returning.

First of all this is not a 4 star- hotel. It is more like a apart-hotel.Secondly, they will charge you $35 if you do not clean the rubbish bins and others $35 if you do not put the clean dishes away as well. Thankfully I read the signs and the piece of paper they give you at the beginning of our stay.They will also charge you for 'cleaning' purposes if you use the laundry which is inside the apartment.So, I do not if I am wrong, but I do not know of any 4 star-hotel" who is going to charge you for not cleaning your rubbish

Highly recommend. We had a unit with a rooftop spa. Incredibly private, very quiet great to relax. Very helpful staff, not that we needed anything. Clean and well equipped unit, even supplied beach towels which was fantastic. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

The unit was spacious, perfect size for the five of us. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff very kind and approachable. We arrived after hours and the keys were left in a safe box with clear instructions, no issues whatsoever. Great location as well. I would highly recommend.

Great location and friendly staff.Although room had updated dishwasher, split system A/C and TV, the overall room felt disjointed & tired.Rooftop spa heat did not work and was disappointing.

This was our first holiday as a family! We will be back! Loved every part of the stay. Great location. Great price. Amazing customer service, made you feel a part of the family. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooftop spa was great, never wanted to get out because outside was freezing. The apartment was very clean and tidy, loved the toilet was separate to the main bathroom as well.

Dissatisfied stay over Valentine's weekend.Airconditioning does not service a full apartment (I was in Unit 13), so left windows open to allow the room to cool down during the day only to return to our room smelling like an ashtray, as the unit manager smokes directly below units 13 and 7.Can't fault location although a new building is being built towards the ocean side, so you have minimal view from your room other than a wall.Left feedback via email regarding the smoking, as no-one was available to talk when I checked out, and have had no response let alone an apology. Disappointing overall for $230/night.Do not recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen and the apartment itself had everything that you needed. It was within walking distance to Mooloolaba. We had access to our very own spa and barbecue area which was clean and tidy and to top it off with an ocean view! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to the Sunshine Coast.

The rooms are suitably fitted out with all the expected conveniences. The spa area was great, and would have been better if the weather wad fine. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Overall our experience was good and we've recommend Ocean Vista on Alex.
