Unbelievable my apartment has not be used for over 3 months not a drop of water been used and i get a bill in these times not working for 310.14I rang them and said its for us to maintain the drains......HOW ....just taking money for nothing...Worst water company greedy people.... NOT 1 DROP OF WATER USED.......RIPPED OFF ...

Extremely over priced water. Most expensive in the state. Use no water and still pay nearly $300 in connection fees a quarter. The final insult is the water tastes like absolute garbage. Shameful.

Just moved to the area. Water rates are astronomically higher than any where. But the water tastes like awful chemicals and makes your skin itch. Horrible company has its users trapped in a scam. Working for this company must be embarrassing.
