As per previous reviews I found Les to be a terrific person, who looks after his customers requirements. If any one who needs a battery and is anywhere near Shep GO AND SEE LES.

This place is pretty cool.Not only best prices (I compared with Repco, Burson and Marshall Batteries GV).You drive in - old battery out - new battery in, and 10 minutes later you are on the road again.Can't go any better, good ol' service.

My wife was travelling towards Sheperton alone when a battery warning message came up on the screen. She called me for assistance and after talking to GV Batteries I was confident that she’d be looked after with the correct battery. Great service, rippa price and she was back on her way. Thanks guys for making me look like the hero.

Sterling service! One very quickly gets the impression this is a very well organised and efficient business. The showroom and workshop is in immaculate condition. I was greeted by both Les and Julie in a very friendly manner. Les checked the condition of my battery and advised it wasn’t too bad but it was on its way out. He was honest and not interested in the quick sale. He gave me options and left it up to me to decide. I returned the following day and left my car with Les. I was contacted when the car was ready. The whole process was seamless. It really helps when you’re dealing with experienced professionals. They’ve been in the business for a long time and you know you’re in good hands.
