Poor communication.Delivery timeframes advertised are not adheared to.Various items in order not delivered and when followed up just advised they should have arrived and no further communication.Do not waste money with Livefish.com.au as you will not get what you order.

Ordered 10 Siamese Flying Fox - Algae Eater 3.5cm and 4 Assorted Male Sailfin Molly 6.5cm. Arrived alive. Nice looking Mollies doing fine. All Algae Eaters dead within a week. $73 up in smoke. Could be difference between Bundaberg and Brisbane water. Could be rough transit. Will never know.

My first experience with ordering a live fish online.. and I was nervous! I purchased a “B grade Betta” for a couple of dollars expecting a fin bitten ugly fish… I am so Impressed and in love with my beautiful healthy fish! He is a lovey addition. The delivery took one day and the esky had a little heat pack to keep him warm. He didn’t even look stressed! WillDefinitely get all my live fish online now!
