Rich was very helpful working on the signage on my vehicle. He nudged me to give him a clear brief, responded well to my texts (I learned a while ago that expecting someone in this industry to drop everything and answer a phone call was totally unrealistic) and he was caring and meticulous with his installation. A true pro, reasonably priced. Can't ask for more!
