The shirts. The seams on all hoodies and shirts are mis aligned. After a few washes you get strings and botching on the hoodie arms. I paid $70 for 2 hoodies for them to get like that after 3 washes. Ridiculous

I just went into the Tuggerah store and was blown away with the helpful staff. They went all out to help me find the sizes I wanted, holding up the hoodies so I could send photo's to my daughter who is overseas.. if you read this, thanks heaps x

I opened the dressing room door and I was really confused but the young woman working there yelled at me and said “DO YOU NEED SOME HELP?!” I also was gonna buy something there but I felt too embarrassed to shop there ever again!
