Nice and beautiful place, close to all kind of shops and highway to Brisbane or Gold Coast.Staff are the best you can wish for.Hope for smoother air-conditioning next time.

Very comfy and spacious room, great staff, really friendly. Very good Wi-Fi. Easy access to freeway for my two days of business in Yatala just down the road. Nice American Bar & Grill downstairs. Overall very happy with my stay and fit the bill perfectly for what I needed.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was worst hotel experience I ever had.The room I have stayed on my holiday was not serviced 3 days. There was no one at the reception in 3 days so I’ve called contact number on a small sign at reception. Person answered, says she is working at another hotel, doesn’t know what’s going on and gave another number to call. Called the second number, the Manager picked up the call and claims they send email to notify that rooms will not be cleaned during public holiday. I didn’t receive any email and they can’t prove sending it. Even if they sent she says it’s sent after booking. What’s the point telling guest “you’ve booked room with us but we will not clean/service, provide water for your room”?After complaining why the room is not getting cleaned she says “I can guarantee your room is not getting cleaned today, what else I can do for you”?The next day someone else called and said sorry we didn’t actually send email but lady at the reception supposed to tell you the room is not going to be cleaned but she forgot.If you are not giving room service, cleaning the room, provide towel, soap water etc. you should inform me at the time of booking not when I have already checked in and asking about it anyway.The air condition is very loud that we cannot sleep while it’s working. I saw another guest complained about it 6 months ago and they replied they are in process of changing them. 6 months after still same problem. The Wi-Fi never worked.When we checked in the water bottle in fridge was opened.It was new year holiday that we’ve stayed with my wife and I feel I have been cheated by this hotel.

Level three smells of sewerage, and due to petty owners and my living at Springwood towers (owned by same people)- since I did nothing wrong- was blacklisted from staying at Gloria.Gross business standards, don’t stay at towers if you have small children they can fall out windows

Service was exceptional. Lena was great. Thank you.Location was perfect for where I needed to be.The room was not 100% clean. Hair in the bathroom and cigarette butts stubbed out on the balcony. View was good and appreciated the double door to block out sound.Don't forget to take your door key when checking out. You need it to use in the lifts and to exit the carpark.

Clean and tidy place… good price, free parking underground, convenient location and friendly staff. House keeping everyday. Good cafe’s around.

Very nice room with accessible bathroom and plenty of space for a wheelchair. The bed was very comfortable. Just beware the ticking clock and maybe ask for it to be removed or the battery removed if it will bother you.It was unfortunate that the restaurant was being used for a private function. We would have loved to use it. We will definitely come again.
