Absolutely appalled by the disgusting attitude of the manager and workers on today (24/6/23). I had previously bought my autistic and disabled younger sister here on Tuesday and had a great experience with ONE lovely girl working. Now today, my sister wanted a refund as she wasn’t happy with her items. This manager ( and workers) heard my story and had a terrible attitude towards my DISABLED sisters’ circumstances and limited understanding. My sister purchased her products herself and isn’t able to understand the concept of ‘ no returns on sale’ . She just wanted her pocket money back to buy clothes that she feels comfortable in. Now after asking for the customer service number, this manager gave me THE WRONG NUMBER ( I’m assuming on purpose as she was taking SO LONG to even give it to me! ) Absolutely disgusted.bNever coming back here again.

Good selection of trendy clothing, some handbags, shoes and, jewellery accessories,etc, some winter clothes are in store now. staff are positive and helpful.

Very expensive average fashion

Maybe don’t switch off the music and start locking the doors at 5:05 on a Saturday evening when you are open until 5:30! The girls were obviously trying to drive customers out so they could go home!

Not a fun experience. So much stock on the racks I had to wrestle the hanger out of the compacted mass, putting things back was even worse. Dressing rooms are very small & the hooks only hold 2 items.Standard Sportsgirl stock & staff. If you know what you want & the size this is a good size store & convenient location but not a place for browsing.

Not as good as other shops.

So many girls working in store and not one welcome. The earrings I purchased had a fault however, they weren’t happy to exchange it for another one as their policy states. If a product has a fault surely I can replace it for another one. Pretty disappointing.
