After initially being dissatisfied with my child's experience at Greenleaves Highland early learning centre, I wrote a one-star review expressing disappointment towards the center's staff and care system. However, I was contacted by the area manager a week later, who listened to my concerns and reassured me that significant changes had been made at the center, including new staff and leadership. I appreciate the gesture of the manager reaching out to me and taking steps to improve the quality of childcare at Greenleaves. Consequently, I am now giving a three-star review to acknowledge the improvements, and I trust that they will continue to prioritize the well-being of the children in their care.

I am honestly so grateful for such an amazing and supportive team at Greenleaves Highlands. The ladies there are all so wonderful. They truly take the time to focus on each child’s individual care needs. Our little bubba fell sick, and I notified the team… shortly after we received a beautiful care package, which couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.A special thanks to Kim, Amy, Kate, Karen, Mikeala and Waheeda for making us feel so warm and welcome at the centre and going the extra mile. All the ladies are absolutely wonderful.COVID-19 Management and Strategies have been incredible, well thought out and transparent.Highly recommend Greenleaves Highlands. xx

I highly recommend this childcare to anyone. My son is in the tiny tots room and he loves it in there and all the staff in there are fantastic

After being contacted by head office regarding previous concerns raised that were still unresolved, it's clear this is not the same management which is a very welcomed change.New management took all my previous concerns seriously and spent the time to understand in full what exactly happened and what they could do to resolve. All my issues have now been resolved amicably and its clear the issues arisen were from the actions/operations of individuals and not a true reflection of the centre as a whole.Which is a complete opposite to how this centre operated in previous years and their recent efforts toward a positive change cannot be ignored.

My 1st born started at Greenleaves when they opened, next year will be his last. My 2nd child is currently in Tiny tots, he is partially deaf in 1 ear. The staff are very accomidating and willing to learn ways to help him hear/understand what Is happening.Yes there has been alot of change and with change the kids take a little to understand where their favourite teacher has gone. But they continue to enjoy their time at daycare and come home with a smile and new friends.

We are very happy with this place as my kids love to go there everyday. Especially my lil one is well settled in nursery room and always come back home with a filled belly. Being a mum, its so satisfying for me to see my children happy there.I want to say special thanks to the green leaves highlands management team who is running centre so well and to all the team members for their hard work and making our children feel loved everyday.

This has to be the worst day care even . They charge whetever they want whenever they want and blaming the system or the new owner . Teachers scream at kids all the time. My child was shaking and crying to wanting to go back . I will be complaining to the education department. Glade I took my child some where else .

I'm so glad I left. Best decision made for 2022. I started my child here in Feb 2020 and left in Dec 2022. In the 2 years we were there, I felt like any issues I raised were ignored or fobbed off with excuses and no action taken. They increase their fees 4 times in 2022 and the fees for this childcare is higher than other similar long day care centres. This is a very long review and I felt I needed to write it because I was very unhappy with the service. Note, I spoke to Nancy, Regional Support Manager prior to leaving Greenleaves Highlands and while she said all the right things, it bothered me that information didn't reach her via the Directors and nothing I raised had been addressed in the 2 years we were there. At the start in 2020, the educator for my son was wonderful. My son would come home babbling about his day, sometimes he would come home covered in art work, they even had colour paper shredded so the kids could throw them up like confetti! I received 100+ photos every day he was in care and could see all the fun he was having. But this wonderful educator left end of 2020 and the next few educators who took over were not engaging, not alert, spent more time talking to each other than caring for the children. When I asked my child what he did on the day, it seems to me that they spend a lot of time outdoors playing by themselves rather than learning or doing art and craft or fun activities. When I looked at the app (was Educa, now Storypark), there were days with 0 photos/posts, I didn't receive any monthly report on him for 4 MONTHS, and photos were always the children playing outdoors on their own.A few separate times, my child was hit by another child (bruised forehead, cut lip) and the incident report wasn't clear and didn't provide any action plan to prevent future incidents. Sometimes he came home with a cut or a bruise but no incident reports were raised. When I ask about it, the educators had no clue and instead of looking into the matter, they blamed it on my child and said he came in with the injuries. Considering I'm careful enough to TELL the educators about any injuries and to watch out for him, I am certain he got the injuries at Greenleaves Highlands. All children will get hurt one time or another and that's normal but what's not okay is that the educators don't even know about it, which leads me to believe that they are not focused on the children. I also find that they are unwilling toMy child was unhappy and unwilling to go to day care. I kept thinking, just 2 more years, we can stick it out. But in the end, I was so upset with the awful and rude communication by the director that I decided enough was enough and we terminated care with Greenleaves Highlands. In contrast, we started with a new day care in Jan 2023 and the difference in my son is clear! He is so much happier! He comes home singing new songs every other day, does silly dances and he brings home so much art work that I have run out of space on my fridge!! There are heaps of fun and creative activities (requiring us parents to contribute and actually support our children) and a strong focus on learning. Each child has a file that parents are encouraged to review and to make notes in. So far it has been a very good 3 weeks and as I wrote at the start of this post, I am SO glad we left Greenleaves Highlands.

This childcare has come such a long way but I am absolutely pleased that it is providing exceptional care and development opportunities to kids at the moment. Rosie, centre director is great and works with parents closely. The admin and reception staff is awesome, friendly and welcoming. The educators are caring and supportive of children’s needs. My son only came here 1 day in the past and is now attending 4 days and I couldn’t be happier with how its going. The centre also has clean, spacious rooms filled with books and lots of other toys and activities to cater to interests of all kids. The centre also has great chef, Robert who prepares hearty, delicious and nutritionally well balanced meals for kids. My son is always full and thats such a relief as compared to when he attended a different childcare. Well done to the whole team.
