The install guys turned up early, they were professional, and informative with the install and instructions. They listened to our concerns and put our minds at ease. Chris (the installer) and his team were great and helpful during and post the install process would highly recommend.Donn (salesperson) was also great he spent the time going through what this change looks like, potential benefits and won me over without being pushy.Even the after sales customer service was great Alex (customer service) followed up multiple times to make sure everything went well and to make sure everything was set up for me.Overall would highly recommend Climasolar, very well oiled machine that made everything easy and pleasant.5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far we have been impressed. From Tom who came and signed us up to Habib and his fellow trades installing we have had nothing but great service and communication. We are now at the stage where we wait for there work to be checked before the solar gets switched on but assume we will be saving money shortly.

Friendly guys, good communication on the day of installation, only issue was pre-communication before instalment. The installation didn't happen on the planned date and had to be pushed back due to staffing issues. We weren't told about it until we rang to see where they were, and then found out it had to be postponed. All good for everything else. Good follow-up communication too.
