I highly recommend this friendly professional team, they gave us fantastic advice with our specialised lighting in our vehicle wrap room providing low power consumption modern lighting that provides and amazing amount of light. Phil and his team also installed a high quality solar system on our workshop roof 6 years ago, the installation was meticulous and the price competitive. The system has never faulted once and has more than cut our power bill in half.Nice to be able to support a local Tasmanian business

We used this amazing company for all of our solar panel and hot water needs. From the point of contact with Simon and then meeting his brother Phil who came to our home to discuss all our needs and carefully explained what they offered in a ethical manner. The price was higher than most other companies but then so was their product that was more superior and great installers. They came installed 20 solar panels, the hot water system and left the premises in immaculate condition. We can not recommend them highly enough fro the product and service that they offered. We are waiting till 2019 to get a battery for the solar panels. We are saving money and watching the app that we downloaded giving us information of our electricity usage. JUST GREAT

It was a pleasure to deal with Whitney Electrical and Solar. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They weren't the cheapest quote we received, however I believe they were the most interested in ensuring we got the right installation for our needs, with the best quality components.The whole team was friendly, punctual, knowledgable and completely professional. When it comes to getting more solar installed in the future, I won't even bother shopping it around, it'll be straight back to Whitney.

Whitney Electrical installed our ducted heating and cooling system, and also installed a ceiling fan, range hood, and new outlets. Their team did a fantastic job in an old, tight roof space and during quite challenging weather conditions. They took extra care to use drop sheets and keep our home very clean during the work. I’ve dealt with Whitney Electrical & Solar twice now and both times it has been an excellent service experience.My first purchase was the design & install of solar panels (SolarEdge). The advice was sound and I quickly made my decision to go with Whitney. One year later I had purchased an electric vehicle and decided to add a home charging unit (Zappi). I didn’t consider asking anyone else other than Whitney to install my Zappi. On both occasions the service was outstanding and the after-install clean-up amazing. Great people to do business with. I can highly recommed.

I can highly recommend the team at Whitney for solar works. They responded to my initial enquiry promptly; helped me choose an appropriate future-ready system; were honest about extra products I didn’t need yet; installed at our rural property in a timely manner and at a time that suited us; and closed off all the loose ends properly in terms of meter switch-over, internet monitoring etc. Basically, they were super-communicative before, during and after install, which meant the overall experience was excellent. As I say, I highly recommend.

Over the summer we engaged Whitney Electrical & Solar to install solar panels, a new hot water heater, heat pumps and smoke alarms for our home. This is a company that have respect for both their craft and their customers, and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done. All of the scheduled work was completely quickly and on time once dates were locked in, with the crew arriving on time. All of the staff were highly respectful, professional, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We especially appreciated the time Simon (during initial discussions) and Phil (during and post-install) took to talk us through our options, the process and the equipment. They run a great operation and we recommend them highly.
