Worst service we have experienced in years anywhere.Wouldn't take our order because they are too busy and the order would take too long to make. Ignored the fact that the order was because of allergies.

The cafe was very clean with plenty of seating. We had plain pies which were very plain indeed. We also ordered a mince pie but neither of us got past the first bite - too much something maybe brandy or some other spirit.

Made us chicken salad rolls fresh as there was only 1 left - that really is very kind and so accomodating. They were also delicious! Thank you :)

Went to the other side of North east Victoria's beautiful town Rutherglan with my wife and son. We were wandering on main street for morning coffee, as soon as I reached Valentine's Bakehouse, I could literally smell the aroma of their coffee and freshly baked breads. We could not hold ourself as we both love a really good coffee and we went in. The bakehouse is beautiful.I had mine large latte in take away yummy chicken mayo cheese sandwich and my wife had medioum cappuccino and avocado sandwiche and we loved everything we had. At last I wanted something for my sweet tooth, so I had flourless orange cake and straight away I fell in love with the cake.Everything was really good. Would definitely suggest to go there.

Valentines Bakehouse run by the Perry family have, without doubt, the best coffee in Rutherglen - they roast their beans out the back, alongside their bakery - and they are the friendliest and most welcoming cafe in town. Whether it’s takeaway or dine in they are more than happy to accommodate your requests. A beautiful and stylish bakery cafe right in the heart of Rutherglen. What’s not to love!
