I went in to purchase a pair of boots and a helmet today. I am new to snowboarding and didn’t have any idea what I was looking for.Brad saw I was looking lost and approached me straight away and was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the whole experience! He spent one on one time with me making sure I got the perfect fit with both items while giving me tips and ticks along the way!I couldn’t fault the service and had the best experience! I had a sensational boot fitting with Nic today. He was very knowledgeable and just an all round nice guy. The options he gave me to try on were a perfect fit and I’m pumped to try them out. Went there today to get more information about my first pair of Skis, Brad gave me some really good recommendations for my style of skiing. Enjoyed the conversation and great tips shared.Should the stars align, I should be back in a couple of weeks. Eyeing a pair he recommended!

They have a great range of quality gear and the staff are very helpful. We have been buying from them for over 30 years - back in the days when we were active skiers. We needed some special boots for our Arctic tour and they had them. As our first stop we were really happy that we didn't need to waste our time visiting a lot of other shops.We were glad to hear that Paul is alive, and hopefully kicking, and his son Nick is still running the business.

Dreadful customer service. Had been there twice looking to buy ski gear, boots, skis, jacket, pants etc. Not accomodating at all and staff complaining about how busy it was. Seriously - busy in the middle of ski season? Parted with $1200 for a jacket with no service and left. Won’t be returning.

Just make sure you won’t change your mind and return anything as the “lovely” customer service only gives you a credit in that case. Ski gear isn’t something that you buy very often. A credit in this case doesn’t help at all!!!

My partner and I had a boot fitting with Nick (and Steve from Nordica), and we learned a lot. I leaned towards the slightly tighter fit, planning for things to bed in. Nick advised us to wear the boots at home while standing to see how they go without boot fitters in our ears and was comforted to be told that if I wanted to change the boot, I could before I used them.At home, I quickly realised maybe I went too snug. I called the store back and spoke to Nick; he agreed that the other boot was a better choice for me, and he put them aside for me to exchange, no questions asked.I returned for the second fitting early, and I think it was Brad who helped me. We compared the recommended boot and another I thought might be ok too and surprisingly ended up in the one I chose because it was the perfect snug fit for me. Both boots in that fitting would have served me well.I can't thank you enough for the service you gave. We cannot wait to get to the snow to put your expertise into action—I definitely recommend Paul Reader Snow Sports to anyone.

I went to these guys last week to purchase a full snowboarding kit. Holly and Brad spent an hour and a half helping me fit everything and were extremely patient and helpful. Definitely would recommend going to these guys for all your snow sporting needs!!

Really happy with the boot fitting for awkward feet… they beam were able to ship them home to the country for me … very happy
