Very helpful professional attended on time and explained the problem with our Kogan Dryer. He demonstrated that the aircon component wasn't working and removed the dryer from our house. He thoroughly explained what would follow and said we should have a new dryer in a matter of days. Excellent service and manner. Highly recommended.
