Thank you so much! My car was stuck in a terrible situation in the forest. When they took me back out to the forest to find the car, I couldn’t find it, so I am very lucky that the 2 guys from specialized knew their way around and were able to help me find it. If it wasn’t for these guys it would have taken me hours and days to sort out. They were so patient when I got us lost (twice). I had to ring around quite a bit to find someone to take the unusual job too. Champions.

Last night we were in a sticky situation and needed towing from Goulburn to Bermagui. Specialized Towing were the only company that were prepared and willing to help us. We’d really like to thank Jeff who went above and beyond the entire trip for us. He was a true gentleman and our saving grace. He spoke so highly of the company he works for and we can tell this business is quality from the inside out. A very well experienced and established company with a fantastic team. I am editing this review as we have received a discount on the quoted price in compensation for what happened. Whilst we were disappointed with the service we received from this company we appreciate that they provided compensation and were willing to listen to our complaint. The portable building was safely delivered but just not unloaded on our property, which proved stressful.

Specialist Towing was recommended by a neighbour, so I gave them a ring - I had them pick up and deliver a 20' shipping container and bring it out to the farm when the company from which I bought the container refused to deliver it after (at their request) I sent them a video of the farm road. The staff at Specialist Towing I spoke to on the phone were efficient and courteous. The truck they scheduled arrived on time, and I was super impressed by the skill and friendliness of the driver. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
