Highly recommended! Communications with the Admin team (Tim) were easy and timely, the price was cost effective, and the supply and installation was fast and efficient. Thanks to Hamish who came out to install the unit and remove the old one - friendly and professional. So good to have hot water flowing (in cold Melbourne)!

Installation was prompt and without hidden charges in Oct 2020 and since then every 12 months the machine needs to be either serviced or some valve changed (basically be ready to pay $120-300+ depending on what the issue might be).So basically in 4-5 years time they shall extract the same amount as you had paid for the new heating system itself! (Eg-$1500 for new system +$1500 for services across 4-5 years)In contrast the previous same brand’s same capacity gas hot water system worked for 20 years without hassle.

Can't rate these folks highly enough. Had a gas unit die and asked for a high quality heat pump unit which was installed within 24 hours. The installer Andrew also did the neatest job with really clean pipe runs.

A reliable company with good service. I rang them on a public holiday to replace my broken hot water heater. The quote was very competitive. A plumber came the next morning with the new water heater, installed and tested within 2 hours, no hidden cost. My family are all happy to have the hot water back again so quickly.

Really happy with our experience. Called Sunday afternoon and someone came over next day. Our old Vulcan unit died and my elderly father with alcohol dementia did some extra damage trying to 'fix' the unit. Really appreciate the patience and kindness of Josh who was able to install the new unit despite the setbacks. Highly recommend their professional services.

I had Tye from Same Day Hot Water Service (Blacktown Hot Water) who from start to finish was very helpful with price , goverment rebate and answering many questions for me before I purchased the Rheem Ambiheat 270 heat pump. I did not finish there as true to their word it was installed within 24 hrs of vic goverment rebate. The 3 plumbers that attended my job were professional , polite and fast, they cleaned up after themselves also. Good job .
