Lumus Imaging Belconnen

Last month Tina perform a internal pelvic ultrasound on me and it was the first time that I did not experience cramping after an internal ultrasound. She was very thorough which was important because this ultrasound would have decided when I needed to have surgery. Tina maintained excellent communication with me and did everything possible to make me comfortable. I also found their prices to be very affordable and competitive. Thank you Tina and Lumus Imaging for providing me with quality service during an otherwise difficult time.

Exceptional reception staff in particular Kristy who helped me with my 2 appointments.Excellent and compassionate towards myself being in a lot of pain as she went out of her way to get me in for my ultrasound when possible.. Sonographer Tina and Radiographer Ben were fantastic.. Thank you Kristy you were amazing also Thanks to Tina and Ben..

Very little wait if you're on time for the appointment. I've gone to two appointments here and had no issues. The rating is so high because the staff who conduct the ultrasounds are great. I have to say the staff member who gave me an ultrasound this morning was fantastic. She was very professional, but also kind.

Had a great experience with sonographer, Tina. Amazing at her job and we were grateful for her expertise.

I have had my pelvis ultrasound at Lumus Imaging Belconnen. The reception person was polite and helpful to all us waiting there. The stenographer was very thorough, answering all my questions. I felt comfortable and safe with her. We need more services like this one in Canberra. Thank you.

Please re-think to go there if you want your results back. When requested to get the results due to travelling overseas to see a doctor for the same issue, got to know they charge 16$. This is not just about the money but it's about them being ethical and showing their integrity towards their cus. When an explanation was requested, they justified their cost being due to consumables. So charging 16$ fee for 50 cent of disc? After charging immence amount of ultrasound charges, charging additional 16$ to get our own report is unethical and unfair. This shows how you treat your customers and money means everything to you. Would highly recommend QScan who provided me the results free of cost within 5 minutes.

Very friendly staff, from reception, radiographers, sonographers and Doctors. They always Fully explain what they’re doing and why. Very good experience today for ultrasound guided injection.

I made a call to make sure the time we can go. AT the time arrived,  I was requested to show a Photo Id which was not told during the phone call. I have shown that it is my second time there and it was not requested at first time but receptionist insisted. Even though I had shown that I have a copy of the photo in my phone, the receptionist still insisted original documents. Therefore, we spent ONE MORE Hour driving home( in the south) to take photo ID. We have to cancel all following plans due to this on that beautiful day. I think flexibility and convenience should be considered in this case. If a Photo ID is needed, my humble suggesttiin is to remind on the phone or put that on the referral doc since Lumus imaging is supposed to deal with these very often. I hope this info can bring better and smoothier service in the future and no more case like me.

Sometimes it can be really busy here. I was lucky enough to have my visit with no one I'm the waiting area. The blonde tall staff member was nice and friendly. I wish that more scans were still bulk billed as I pay my Medicare levy in the cost of living is high enough. I gave only 3 star as Sometimes it can be very hard to get through on the phone and a line to wait at even at quiet times..
