Their classes are fantastic for kids. My son has done one term and he is loving it.It is great to help him building confidence , listening skills as well as flexibility, strength and self awareness. Mark and team is great with kids and brings out the best in them.

My kids loves to go there and enjoy their class every time since joined over a year. All the masters are great, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone who interested in learning martial arts.

My 2 children have been members of zone martial arts for several years and they absolutely love it! Mark has been supportive and knowledgeable throughout the years. They create a welcoming family environment with all the instructors children as members too. My kids look forward to every class and have learnt so many life skills.

Best martial arts school in the Shire - hands down! Mark, Penny and the other instructors are excellent and fantastic role models for their students (both kids and adults). My son has been learning Tae Kwon Do at Zone for 5+ years and it has seriously transformed his life. Over this time he has developed into a confident, responsible and strong young man. I would recommend Zone Martial Arts to anyone looking to start their martial arts journey or have their kids learn incredibly valuable life skills in a nurturing environment.

Zone has been great for my daughters confidence. She has so much fun! It’s a great place for all ages. Kids learn great technique and the instructors are very patient and helpful with the kids.

Our five year old son has been going to classes up to three times per week for over a year and really enjoys it. Mark, Jenelle and the entire team/community are so supportive and make each class a blast for the littles. Really love the fact that classes teach children how to defend themselves, move their bodies, work with others and have fun. Older children are always involved and supportive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Best place in the Sutherland shire for teaching Korean self defence and martial arts. Really inclusive for all ages and ability levels. Our youngest started at 4years old but there are now mums and bubs sessions too.Our eldest son in particular loves going every week and it’s great that he can attend unlimited classes each week now that he has formed this passion for martial arts. He is really motivated by the Masters and their passion to teach all the kids that come along.They also run fantastic and affordable school holiday camps every term break because the kids have formed their own little community of friends here.We will never forget how much effort they all put into continuing to train the kids in lock downs over covid too. They went above and beyond doing private zoom lessons so that the kids continued working toward their belt grading even when they couldn’t physically attend class.Mark and the team at Zone martial arts truly care about the kids and their families. It’s not about making money or being a business, it’s about building a community to them and it really shows week in and week out.

Zone Martial Arts is very inclusive and family-feel club. They go above and beyond to make new members feel included. My son loves it there and if it was up to him he would go every day. Highly recommend them.
