Service advisors are friendly and professional, service reception greeted me with a smile and were friendly and professional. From this experience I would assume the new car sales department would be a pleasure to deal with. Even when I called to book the car in for service, the lady on the phone was very professional and guided me through the process and took care of any questions I had. Highly recommend the team at Adelaide BMW if you need your vehicle serviced or to upgrade to the latest models.

Special shout out to the parts department especially Matt. I've recently purchased a rare spec vehicle and had questions about ordering some of the individual parts that came with the vehicle new. Matt went above and beyond doing research into what was still available and even finding the original spec sheet listing every piece of individual equipment. He's also assisted with identifying heaps of parts I need and getting them in ridiculously quick. Thanks for helping me keep my BMWs the ultimate driving machines. His service is top notch.

Test drove a couple of times with Daniel then had some to-and-fro via phone and email but ended up buying a demo from NSW. Dan was fantastic, not pushy, just highly knowledgeable and relaxed. He did not get a sale but he was stoked I got into a BMW, no angst at me buying interstate. The car came with NSW dealer plate surrounds which did not fit the SA plates. Went in today to buy SA plate surrounds. The lady at the service counter was amazing, arranged plate surrounds to be fitted on the spot while I waited in the lounge, though I did not have a booking. No charge for the parts or labour which was not at all expected. I'm in a service industry and recognise great service. I got great service from Dan and the service counter staff. Overall the vibe in the showroom is a bit stiff and posh but I guess thats what you expect from a euro brand. They could do with loosening up a bit! The car is bloody amazing.

It was a great experience dealing with Adelaide BMW new car sales department this time in ordering my X6 from the initial consultation to the delivery. I liaised with Matthew, Chris and Leila who were very professional and made the whole experience a positive one. Kim provide an excellent service. He can speak multiple languages which is very helpful! My car’s issue is media screen keep turning on and off. The only way is replacing a new one. Luckily, the issue has been solved automatically when I am outside of Adelaide.

BMW has always been a great car to own. I've not experienced anything that needed replacing.With one vehicle, they sourced new arms for the seatbelts. The original ones were not effectively grabbing" the seat belt. After the replacements were fitted

Friendly staff, beautiful clean showroom, plenty of cars on display. Jamie was the person that helped me and he was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable, his attitude was very professional but he was pleasant and friendly to talk to as well. A1 service from him!
