Great company to deal with and support from David in the sales department was excellant. The parts we recieved did have an issue (through no fault of GMS) but the support and turnaround by the sales department can only be commended and we will definitely be using GMS again if we need more spares for our BMW's. It is rare to find such good after sales customer service now days. A+

Had an issue with the salesman over late delivery due to him recording wrong phone number and credit card details, order the part Friday afternoon with the promise of delivery on Monday noon, never happen. The car was booked to Sandersons Of Rushcuters Bay on Tuesday to replace the fulty part, part came eventually Tuesday around 3pm., I had to reschedule the service to fit the new part for another day, lost 2 days of workWhen I called the salesman regarding no delivery salesman argued about delivery detail, this is the first time I had a delivery issue from GMS. Over the years I purchased parts on line from GMS and never had an issue.

My experience with this business was very good. They had in stock Chrysler Voyager side mirrors which were impossible to find elsewhere. I was informed that the indicators on the mirrors didn’t not work but the price was reasonable and we were able to repair the non functioning parts. In all, I was happy with the products purchased and the service provided.
