Lovely old store with lots of charm. One of the longest running florists in Ballarat. Very friendly and helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble. New young vibrant florist has started work there bringing with her another dimension of gorgeous floristry.

I wasn't very happy with their $65 bunch of flowers on which they charged me $70 for, i was charge $120 for flowers and wine. Apparently they ran out of flowers due to COVID19 restrictions but they didn't tell me! The flowers looked like i could have got them from coles for $20 and didn't look like their Online photos at all. I was very disappointed but more disappointed in their follow up service as when i called them to address the issue Julie didn't return my call for 2 weeks. I sent messages via email, facebook and calling but they didn't speak to me regarding the issue. It was pretty poor. The other staff are Amazing but unfortunately Julie let down the team.

Ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday.I gave the lady a budget to work with and they sent her the most beautiful bunch. They were also the only florist I could find in Ballarat that delivers out to Linton.

I received a beautiful delivery of flowers from Boronia Exclusive Florists today for my birthday. They were the only florist in Ballarat who would deliver them to me at Linton. They most certainly made my day a lot more special. Thank you for going the 'extra mile' and being prepared to travel a bit further than the Ballarat city boundary.

The two beautiful ladies I dealt with were fantastic (Hannah and Jordan I think) ... after a slight hiccup with the flower arrangement sent ... a replacement was promptly delivered ... your dedication, professionalism and patience dealing with me and the situation was so greatly appreciated ...
