Pretty average quality work - an hour late as they never had the parts that were ordered 2 weeks ago, soldier melted into floor mats of brand new car then the Technician refused to come out and explain how to set up camera - someone from front desk who clearly had no idea tried to work it out and failed. - camera failed and would not work afew months later - I took the car back and they checked it and updated software and got the camera working under warranty- I must say the service I got was brilliant and they apologised for my proir experience

Incredibly professional. Very competitive pricing but the stand out was the wonderful customer service provided. They went out of their way to schedule my work in when they realised I was leaving town unexpectedly. And when there was a hiccup with the installation kept an open and honest line of communication with me and gave me multiple options to solve the issues. Really incredible.

Took my car in as I was having issues with sound. They found the problems and fixed it. I was just a walk in and they offered to do it straight away. The service was excellent and it only took about 45 minutes. They went over and above on their service very happy to have gone to them.

Took my car in because I needed a replacement stereo. The guys took one look at it, got me a unit that would fit straight in the existing spot and the wiring harness adapter to fit. 100% best customer service and great product knowledge. They know their audio and didn’t try to sell me the highest cost unit. Would definitely recommend, I’ll be back.

Went in to get quotes and options on what to put in my car, no one on the front counter, waited 10 mins, no one come out the front. I called out to the people i could hear out the back, I heard their conversation pause and soon after continue. I waited a further 10 mins. STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Update: Was approx 4:20 Friday 16th/9
