Deep Blue Sea Fish 'n' Chips & Chicken Bar

Yeah I just read the some of the other reviews and I just happened upon this fish and chipper through menulog. There aren't any fish and chip shops right near me in Sunshine. I think in about 10 orders from menulog in total, 6 have been from this place and it's the only fish and chip shop I'm prepared to go to. They really do make the fish and chips well, thebbatter is really good and they salt it properly which I've now learnt is important regarding taste. Quite generous too dare I say it...

I'm surprised when I received my order it was too salty I have to remove the skin so I can eat the rest of the food *not sure if u can see from the pic*

Ordered some takeaway potato cakes. The worker picked up some tongs to put them in a bag and dropped the tongs on the floor. They picked the tongs up and still used them to put my porato cakes in the bag. I couldn't beleive it. I didn't really know what to say. So I took the bag of potato cakes and when I got outside I threw them in a bin. If they were this grubby with their health and hygiene practices in front of a customer, you shudder to think what they might do when no one is around.

Best fish and chip shop I've ever been to. The owners are lovely people and you always get your monies worth. The food is amazing

Ordered a fish burger and received no burger but Instead a grilled fish that smelt like death and two burnt potato cakes, wow I get it’s holidays but this would’ve been one of the first orders of the day, shame on you and the lack of effort you have for your customers

Probably the best Fish & Chips + Burgers bar in Melbourne. I usually get my hamburger with the lot plus 2 pieces of chicken for myself on most Saturday for lunch. I have tried many hamburger with the lot elsewhere but none that goes near to this place. Nice service too by the way.

If you ever thought only KFC makes good fried chicken then you were absolutely wrong because no body makes better fried chicken then this place. If you're in Melbourne and want value for your money and 10/10 juicy fried chicken then this is it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
