I always drop my mower and gardening tools for service with them. The boss was pretty cool to offer discount. So I made some orders online. Waiting couple day still not receive email for pickup. Call talk some one at store guy friendly and helpfully him say item on back order. If I don’t want to waiting, them happy refund. I get full refund without problem . Thanks Fonz

Placed an online order on 16th March and received an email advising 'order was being prepared for shipment...and we will notify you when shipment is sent'. Heard nothing and followed up on 21st March using the email address advised on the order confirmation. No response so phoned on 28th March where I was advised that 'item was in stock but hadn't been shipped yet as I needed to pay an extra $20' (on top of the $15 delivery charge already paid when order was made). No-one contacted me to let me know this would be the case so asked to cancel the order. Was advised that they would 'have to deduct the shopify fees..which should be a couple of bucks'. Got the refund today with $8 deducted for the privilege.

Called this place asking if they had an engine in stock a specific engine and the gentleman on the other end said yes they did, only reason I contacted this place was they seemed to be the only place to have this specific engine in stock, I immediately purchased it online. I wait a few weeks no engine arrived. I email them and they say it’s on back order and it will be dispatched late February. Get to March and I email them with no response. I call them and ask what’s going on they state it’s still on back order and would I like a refund. I said yes. Few days passed and no refund. Send another email asking where the refund is. No response. Send another email stating I will be contacting fair trading and not long after a refund notification is received! No reply to any emails, no contact, nothing! Never again!! These are the FACTS, so any response from the seller stating otherwise is not correct! Not long after writing this review I then have them trying to call me! Nope sorry, not answering as you can’t be bothered to respond to me! Don’t have anything to do with me ever again! I’m done with you!

Love their service. I have a broken mower. Went few place for repairing. No one can fix it. My friend told me to see fonz at Hampton Mowerpower. And I did. They did fantastic work with my mower. It’s starting every time with single pull. Highly recommended. I will tell all my friends and family. Thanks again

Avoid this place at all costs! Dealing with this ‘company’ has singularly been the WORST experience ever.It’s almost 8 weeks now since we were SCAMMED for over $3000- by this ‘operator’.Firstly, he did no due diligence to ensure that the motor sent had the correct shaft size.Secondly it took more than two weeks to arrive.Thirdly, we sent it straight back unused as the shaft size was wrong, so the motor could neither be installed, let alone run. We followed all terms as per the ‘website’ and got the motor back within 30 days unused in the original packaging.The ‘business manager’ knows how to play the system. He deliberately told a series of blatant lies, with accompanying photos of an old motor, to create a ‘dispute’, claiming that the motor had been run, filled with oil and ‘upturned’. This is a fabricated claim, as the motor could not be installed, let alone run. The ‘manager’ knows that once there is a ‘dispute’, that Consumer Affairs Victoria won’t take on the case.The ‘business manager’ ignored every request sent by our bank to reimburse the money paid (according to his own trading terms as at 19.12.2022) and even changed the terms on the website after the fact.Fair Trading NSW is now on the case and legal action may follow as well.The ‘business manager’ also left us a threatening voicemail, hung up on us and also talked over us, instead of trying to resolve this in a lawfulmanner. He threatened that if we posted an honest review, he would refuse to reimburse our money. (That is the equivalent of blackmail!)If you look at the reviews page, the majority of ‘good’ ones are ‘fake’ and have been created by him, even under his own name too! This person chooses to be a shameless grifter.Don’t even think of doing business here! As the saying goes, “run Forrest, run!”

Went to get a top of the line chain saw, got a great discount and free oils and fuel. Greta service very friendly staff 10/10
