This is our closest Maccas so this review is based off of many interactions.Service:-Polite, but not friendly in general.-Often get orders wrong (ie. Order and pay for one meal and end up with something else).-Multiple times they miss putting a toy in our children's Happy Meals.Food:- Often very poor quality 'cooking' (ie. Burnt chicken, excessive sauce, old browned lettuce, scraps of tomato that really should be going to the chickens)- Poor construction of burgers.- Food regularly appears to have been sitting in the warmer for long periods of time. (It's certainly not made 'fresh'.I'd recommend avoiding this store. If my kids didn't like Happy Meals as a treat I would never go here again. The main reason being they have shown no effort to improve their product or process.

McDonald's altone was fast serving u in drive through and instore. Staffers helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the alone store, and the food was warm not cold.Not like ballajura store kept me waiting 15 minutes nobody served me or asked me if I wanted to order. The older lady manage was like a chook with its head cut off didn't seem to know what it was doing. And the young kids working there were more interested in talking to one another. Also there was nobody else in front of me waiting to get served.I left and had to go through the drive through to get service.

Clearly asked for no tomato, and confirmed upon receiving order no tomato as partner is highly allergic. Now on way to hospital.... Cheers maccas!

Honestly was quite surprised about the good service, actually team work within the environment and no problems whatsoever with the food. Food was filling for the price it was and didn't have a single complaint. Surely coming back for more!

Where do I start...our online order was wrong, missing bacon in my double quarter pounder meal (had the nerve to attach the grille slip) supposed to remove lettece from my daughters Big Mac burger (same as above), cold chips and worst of all mouldy tomatoes that should have been removed from my wife's chicken aioli wrap. Come on guys, people pay good money and receive bad quality fast food.

Went through the drive thru and ordered all large drinks and large chips with our meals and was given all mediums. Tried to call to get a refund for the difference but no one will answer the phone. Plus the store staff were on FaceTime while I was being served.

For the past 3 months been here for soft serve sorry machines down what’s up with that, lazy crew just don’t want to make it is what ex workers have said, just wasting our time, management your loosing customers and money, get some better managers…part 2 we expect quality foods from kids cooking our meals can’t even boil an egg, they be perfect if was a 5 minute noddle restaurant part 3 missing items redic apart from the missing it’s the fact that we’ve paid for nothing hard earned money getting nothing or getting second grade meal check at the window before driving away.

Always super friendly staff. Food was normal. Had to wait for chip, wich ended up not being that fabulous anyways but it's fast food so can't really complain
