Dr Marjorie O'Neill MP: Member for Coogee

I was so impressed with Marjorie's advice and advocacy through our local public high school P&C that I starting volunteering for her! She's a true local who is very active in the community. I'm impressed that she still finds time to do volunteer lifesaving! Marjorie and her electorate office staff are happy to help solve problems, whether they are local, state or federal.

Not helpful, didn't want to listen to the person involved who needed their help. But rather other government departments causing the issues. One of the senior staff members was quite aggressive over the phone too. Strange this is coming for Labor.

Marjorie O’Neill and her hardworking team always go the extra mile. Since winning the seat in 2019, Marjorie has worked so hard and been absolutely everywhere. As secretary of a local Swimming club I have observed that Marjorie, apart from timing clashes with other commitments, attends and supports as many community events that she can. I have also personally observed the care and attention she gives individual constituents in the electorate - no issue seems too small, no person overlooked. In her first term Marjorie has represented the seat of Coogee in the NSW parliament better than more experienced politicians. Marjorie is approachable, has an open door policy and has made herself available through street stalls, mobile offices and bus stops (so many bus stops) and not just during the election period. I particularly thank Marjorie for her support of our swimming club.

Dr Marjorie is superb in replesenting her electorate. Not one of this persons who snatches only photo opportunity, she genuinely looks into problem to assist with resolving it.

Marjorie and her staff are so hands on. They do everything from taking issues to parliament for you to photocopying a document. In the office there are a few donation boxes set up for various causes which is nice to see. I don't drive so I love that Marjorie is battling for us to keep our bus services. She genuinely does care about the community.
